With a commitment to excellence and a focus on achieving positive outcomes, we are seeking a talented and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our team. As a Litigation Attorney, you will play a key role in handling a diverse range of litigation matters. This position offers the opportunity to work on challenging cases, collaborate with experienced legal professionals, and contribute to the success of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a passion for achieving favorable results.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all phases of the litigation process, from case initiation to resolution Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to negotiate settlements Stay current on legal developments and industry trends Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Admission to the Bar 3-6 years of experience practicing as a litigation attorney Strong litigation and trial skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Attention to detail and strong analytical skills Client-focused with a commitment to achieving positive outcomes
