Candidate must have experience with intake, client communications, medical coordination, acute understanding of medicine including complex injuries and causation, liability investigation, expert retention, demand letter drafting, clam negotiation, medical lien reduction. Candidate should also have experience mediating matters and preparing mediation briefs. Candidate should have the ability to work on a team, lead meetings, make strategic decisions, delegate and manage tasks, think creatively, work hard, self-start, with strong legal research, communication, and negotiation skills. Experience working with Clio and tracking time is a plus. Office hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. Pre-Litigation Attorney (Personal Injury)

Initial Discovery Pay:
