Our core practice areas are construction litigation, business litigation, and real estate litigation. We have an immediate opening for a senior litigator who can step in on day one, take ownership of a caseload, and manage matters end-to-end. This is not a supervised associate role — we need someone who has done this before and doesn't need direction on how to run a file.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage an active caseload across construction, business, and/or real estate litigation Handle all phases of litigation: pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, hearings, arbitration, and trial Develop case strategy and advise clients directly Work closely with paralegals and support staff to move cases efficiently Build long-term client relationships and contribute to firm growth

Qualifications:

Active California Bar license in good standing 8+ years of civil litigation experience — construction litigation strongly preferred Trial or arbitration experience as lead or co-counsel Ability to independently manage a full caseload from intake to resolution Experience in at least one core area: construction, business, or real estate litigation
