Note:
California Bar admission and professional Spanish fluency are required. Personal injury experience is welcomed but not required. Confidential Employer. Job Description Represent clients in personal injury matters from intake through resolution. Manage an active caseload with appropriate supervision based on experience level. Meet with clients, evaluate claims, and provide legal guidance throughout the litigation process. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and prepare cases for mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial. Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and experts. Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and other litigation proceedings as needed. Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to achieve outstanding client outcomes. Qualifications Active California Bar license required. Professional fluency in Spanish required. Personal injury experience preferred but not required. Strong legal writing, communication, and client relationship skills. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Team-oriented with a strong commitment to client advocacy.
