CIVIL LITIGATION ATTORNEY - BRUNN & FLYNN

The successful candidate will serve new and long-standing clients in most areas of civil law. We are actively recruiting an attorney with at least two years of experience. Conduct legal research and analysis. Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, discovery, pleadings, motions and other legal matters. Appear in court and take and defend depositions. Assist with trial preparations.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the California State Bar. 2+ years of civil litigation experience. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Detail-oriented with great organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn. Familiarity with legal software tools for research and document management.

Salary Range:
