Murrieta, CA Job Details Full-time $140,000 - $150,000 a year 18 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Our client, a respected law firm serving businesses and entrepreneurs, is seeking an experienced Senior Transactional Attorney to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled attorney who enjoys advising clients on business matters, drafting and negotiating contracts, and delivering practical, solutions-oriented counsel in a collaborative environment. What You'll Do Advise clients on a broad range of business and transactional matters. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, corporate documents, and commercial agreements. Provide strategic legal guidance aligned with client goals. Conduct client consultations and maintain strong, responsive communication. Work closely with clients and outside professionals as needed. Manage matters independently with professionalism, efficiency, and sound judgment. What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in transactional or business law. Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently. High level of professionalism, discretion, and client service. Working knowledge of business structures, finance, and transaction fundamentals. Proficiency with MS Office, timekeeping systems, and case management tools. Why This Role Competitive salary of $140,000-$150,000 DOE. Performance bonuses.
