Full Job Description Now Hiring:
Senior Immigration Attorney - Newport Beach, CA (On-Site) David Hirson & Partners, LLP is seeking an experienced Senior Immigration Attorney to join our growing business immigration practice. This role offers the opportunity to manage and support employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant matters in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining exceptional quality and client service.

$100,000 - $150,000

401(k), Medical, Vision, and additional benefits Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant matters from initial intake through final adjudication. Draft, review, and file petitions and applications including E-2, L-1, TN, H-1B, O-1, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, EB-5, family-based petitions, adjustment of status, and change-of-status matters. Prepare and review legal support letters, petitions, and responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs). Provide strategic legal guidance to clients on U.S. immigration laws, compliance, and case strategy. Supervise and collaborate with paralegals and internal team members to ensure efficient case preparation and high-quality work product. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients by providing case updates and addressing legal questions in a timely and professional manner. Maintain case oversight to ensure timely filings, regulatory compliance, and adherence to firm policies and procedures.
