Responsibilities Manage active judgment enforcement and creditor rights litigation matters from inception through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, oppositions, enforcement applications, discovery, and related filings. Conduct debtor examinations, depositions, and third-party discovery. Develop and execute asset investigation and recovery strategies. Propound and respond to written discovery. Attend hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and enforcement proceedings. Perform legal research and develop strategic litigation approaches. Maintain strong client communication and case management practices. Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff in a fast-paced litigation environment. Ideal Candidate 4+ years of civil litigation experience. Strong law and motion background. Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Experience handling depositions, discovery, and hearings. Experience with creditor rights, collections, receiverships, bankruptcy-related litigation, or post-judgment enforcement strongly preferred. Business or commercial litigation experience is highly valued. Active California Bar license in good standing. Comfortable managing responsibilities independently while collaborating effectively with a team. Organized, proactive, strategic, and solutions oriented. Experience Considered a Strong Plus Judgment enforcement and collections litigation. Fraudulent transfer litigation. Receiverships and provisional remedies. Asset recovery and investigative litigation. Bankruptcy adversary proceedings or creditor-side bankruptcy experience. Experience enforcing state or federal judgments.
