We're assisting our client with a detailed-driven Senior Paralegal/Legal Assistant to support a busy family law practice. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines while delivering excellent client service. This is a long-term temporary assignment that will last 9-12 months and will be 100% onsite, 5 days/week in Rocklin, CA. What you'll do: Prepare and draft legal documents, including financial disclosures, pleadings, discovery, and Judicial Council forms Manage calendars, deadlines, and court hearings; handle e-filing Prepare Schedule of Assets & Debts and related financial documents Answer phones, greet clients, manage intake, and maintain organized paper/e-files Prepare client correspondence and respond to requests What you bring: Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Dependability, professionalism, and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude Ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and manage time effectively Experience with Amicus is a plus If you're energetic, organized, and ready to support a high-performing legal team, we'd love to hear from you.
