This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex business disputes within a sophisticated, fast-paced litigation practice, offering strong exposure to both state and federal court matters. About the Role You will join a collaborative litigation team handling high-level matters, working closely with partners and clients while gaining meaningful responsibility across all stages of litigation. This role is ideal for an associate looking to grow as a well-rounded litigator within a nationally recognised platform. Responsibilities Managing written and document discovery Drafting pleadings, motions, and other court filings Conducting and defending depositions Preparing witnesses for testimony Appearing for status conferences and motion arguments in court Assisting with trial preparation and litigation strategy Participating in settlement discussions and negotiations Qualifications 3-4 years of experience in commercial or complex business litigation Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills Experience in both state and federal court litigation Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Comfortable with direct interaction with partners and clients Strong academic credentials Required Skills JD from an ABA-accredited law school Active membership and good standing with the California Bar (or eligibility for timely admission) Pay range and compensation package Salary range: $260,000•$290,000 Equal Opportunity Statement We are committed to diversity and inclusivity.
