Seeking a Litigation Associate with 5 plus years of experience to join its San Francisco office. In addition to complex commercial litigation, the practice includes sophisticated business and trade secret disputes. Job Description Seeking a litigation associate with 5 plus years of experience to join its San Francisco office. In addition to complex commercial litigation, the practice includes sophisticated business and trade secret disputes. 5 or more years of complex commercial litigation and substantive trade secret experience in a law firm setting. Excellent research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills, and strong experience managing key workstreams such as motion practice, written discovery, depositions, and pretrial preparation. Experience taking and defending depositions and making court appearances (first or second chair) is strongly preferred. Candidates should be proactive team players who are highly organized, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and comfortable with direct client contact and responsibility for cases. Excellent academic credentials are required; a judicial clerkship is a plus. California bar required. Undergraduate and law school transcripts, and a writing sample.Benefits
