The clients we interview are potential clients seeking legal representation from a personal injury attorney. The attorney's offices give us the responsibility to sign up these potential clients. We visit these clients in various locations to gather all of their initial case information. These cases vary from auto accidents, dog bites, slip and fall and workers compensation etc. We conduct thorough Intakes regarding who, what, where and how their incident happened. Lastly we present them the contract retainer they need to sign in order to be signed up with their new attorney, then on to the next client. The perfect hire for this job is someone looking for a part time job and want to make good money on the side. The perfect hire for this job is someone dependable, available, & great with people What the job consists of: Fill out paperwork at client's homes or other designated locations near you. Inputting data electronically is a must Gather auto accident details, insurance information and images. Do in person interviews of injured parties regarding auto accidents Being able to sell and have great communication skills Knowing how to Leave a great first impression Signing up new clients with their new attorney What we expect from you:-100% Required Bilingual (Spanish & English ) Must know Spanish just as well as you know English.-Personality we are looking for : Enthusiasm, Confidence, Empathy, Hunger, Communications Skills, Charm, Patience. On your busiest day at least have six hours out of the day to be available for New sign-ups that come in-Must be Personable-Being able to empathize with people-Reliable transportation and ability to travel county wide-Must have a valid drivers license-Must have valid Car insurance-Must be great at data entry-Must have an IOS device-New client intake/sales experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train you if you are a fast learner.
