The Case Manager acts as a liaison between clients and the attorney to ensure outstanding client communication and case organization. The Case Manager must maintain a working understanding of a case status at all times to assist the attorney in maximizing case value. Key Responsibilities

• Outstanding communication with clients
• Providing compassion and professionalism to clients and other outside parties
• Proactive documentation of all/any work done on a case
• Distributing and obtaining documents from insurance companies
• Administering and coordinating medical treatment for clients
• Managing a heavy task load while working well under pressure
• Maintaining constant, up-to-date knowledge of cases
• Collecting and obtaining required legal documents
• Understanding of liability policies as they pertain to personal injury claims
• Constant collaboration and consultation with supervising managers and attorneys Requirements
• Spanish speaking and writing skills preferred
• Preferred to have a minimum of 1-2 years in previous experience working at a personal injury law firm
• Punctual - excellent time-management (According to you, five minutes early is on time)
• Extreme attention to detail (You inspect your work with a fine-toothed comb)
