This allows us to keep our expertise focused in order to get the best outcomes for clients in nearly all legal practice areas, including car accidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, wrongful death cases, construction site injuries, boating accidents, public transportation injuries, premises liability, dog attacks, elder abuse, and more. We approach each legal case with compassion and experience, and we get results. Position Details and Requirements Do you find fulfillment in extending compassion and patience with people who are hurting? Do you maintain professionalism and kindness while under stress? Are you highly organized and a self-described "team player"? If so, you may be the perfect candidate for our Case Manager role. The Case Manager acts as a liaison between clients and the attorney to ensure outstanding client communication and case organization. The Case Manager must maintain a working understanding of a case status at all times to assist the attorney in maximizing case value. Key Responsibilities
  • Outstanding communication with clients
  • Providing compassion and professionalism to clients and other outside parties
  • Proactive documentation of all/any work done on a case
  • Distributing and obtaining documents from insurance companies
  • Administering and coordinating medical treatment for clients
  • Managing a heavy task load while working well under pressure
  • Maintaining constant, up-to-date knowledge of cases
  • Collecting and obtaining required legal documents
  • Understanding of liability policies as they pertain to personal injury claims
  • Constant collaboration and consultation with supervising managers and attorneys Requirements
  • Spanish speaking and writing skills preferred
  • Preferred to have a minimum of 1-2 years in previous experience working at a personal injury law firm
  • Punctual - excellent time-management (According to you, five minutes early is on time)
  • Extreme attention to detail (You inspect your work with a fine-toothed comb)
