Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced
Real Estate Litigation Attorney Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, leases, purchase agreements, and related documents. Conduct due diligence, including title review, lien searches, and risk assessments. Advise clients on legal and regulatory issues related to commercial and residential real estate transactions. Handle real estate litigation matters, including landlord-tenant disputes, contract enforcement, and property disputes (litigation experience preferred). Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to provide comprehensive legal services. Maintain accurate client and matter records and ensure timely communication.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in [State]. Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law, with both transactional and litigation experience; litigation preferred. Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple matters and prioritize work effectively. Detail-oriented with a client-focused approach.
