The ideal candidate has a strong background in real estate litigation and general civil litigation. You should be comfortable managing your own caseload, appearing in court, and working directly with clients in a professional, solutions-oriented manner.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

Represent clients in all phases of real estate related litigation, including but not limited to discovery, court appearances, hearings, and trials Draft, review, and revise pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents Conduct legal research and case analysis Negotiate settlements and provide sound legal counsel Maintain regular communication with clients and manage deadlines Work independently and collaboratively with a team Meet billable time requirements

Requirements:

J.D. from an accredited law school Active California Bar membership At least 3 years of real estate litigation experience Trial experience is a plus Strong written and oral advocacy skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Professional demeanor with a commitment to client service
