Job Description

We are looking for an Immigration Staff Attorney to provide high-quality legal representation and guidance to immigrant community members in the North Bay area.

Responsibilities:

Deliver immigration legal services to underserved community members through direct representation, case strategy, and client advocacy.
Interview clients, assess case facts, and perform legal research to develop sound immigration case recommendations and filings.
Provide community-based legal education, consultations, and brief service support through outreach clinics, intake events, and off-site service locations, including regular weekly coverage at a partner community organization.
Maintain accurate case and program records to satisfy reporting obligations, ethical standards, outcome tracking, and organizational funding needs.
Contribute to additional projects that support the growth and long-term success of the organization's immigration legal services program.
