This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys sophisticated commercial litigation and wants meaningful courtroom exposure without the excessive billable expectations commonly associated with BigLaw or insurance defense firms. The firm represents clients in complex business disputes and real estate litigation throughout California. While experience in real estate litigation is welcomed, attorneys with strong commercial/business litigation backgrounds are also encouraged to apply. What You'll Be Doing Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda. Conduct and defend depositions. Appear in court and participate in hearings. Collaborate with experienced litigators on sophisticated business disputes. Handle direct client interaction and strategic case management. What We're Looking For Active California Bar admission (required) . 4+ years of litigation experience. Strong commercial/business litigation experience. Real estate litigation experience is a plus but not required . Ability to independently manage litigation files. Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Deposition experience. Experience at a BigLaw or trial-intensive firm is a plus.
