Practice areas include the defense of toxic tort product liability matters; trucking /transportation cases and premises liability matters. This position includes responsibility for taking/defending depositions; propounding/responding to written discovery; preparing client status letters; drafting law and motion; attending court appearances and mediation and trial preparation. These positions are open to new admittees to the California State bar and attorneys with up to 3 years' experience. ABA Law School degree preferred.
