Commercial Litigation Attorney (Mid-Level Associate) πŸ“ Santa Rosa, California πŸ’° $160,000 - $180,000 Base Salary + Bonus Potential A well-established California law firm is seeking a mid-level Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Santa Rosa office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to handle sophisticated litigation matters within a collaborative and highly respected practice group. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of litigation experience with exposure to commercial, real estate, and/or employment-related disputes. This role offers meaningful responsibility, hands-on litigation experience, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced litigators on complex matters from inception through resolution. Responsibilities Manage a wide range of commercial litigation matters Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related documents Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy Handle written discovery and document review Take and defend depositions Participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and court appearances Assist with trial preparation and appellate matters Work directly with clients throughout all stages of litigation Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of civil litigation experience Background in commercial litigation strongly preferred Experience with real estate and/or employment litigation is a plus Strong brief writing and motion practice skills Deposition experience required Trial preparation and second-chair trial experience preferred Appellate experience is a plus Excellent analytical, communication, and advocacy skills Strong academic credentials and attention to detail California Bar admission required Why Consider This Opportunity?
