Job Description

I'm currently searching for a Plaintiff Attorney with a strong academic background to join a highly respected trial firm handling high-impact cases involving sexual abuse, wrongful death, and civil rights litigation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about advocating for individuals and making a meaningful difference through complex, plaintiff-side litigation.
Qualifications:
Minimum 4+ years of civil litigation experience , with the ability to independently handle cases through all stages of litigation , from inception through resolution. Experience with pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation and trial. Ability to manage a caseload independently while also collaborating effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills, with excellent attention to detail. Strong academic credentials and a passion for plaintiff-side advocacy.
