Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. In this role, you will lead and manage a diverse range of litigation cases, providing expert legal counsel and advocacy across multiple practice areas. Your energetic approach will drive successful case resolutions, ensuring compliance with procedural laws and delivering exceptional service to clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage in complex legal disputes, develop innovative strategies, and make a meaningful impact within a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Manage all phases of litigation cases, including case assessment, strategy development, and trial preparation. Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case arguments and stay current on relevant statutes and case law. Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, contracts, and settlement agreements with precision and clarity. Represent clients in court depositions, hearings, mediations, and negotiations to advocate effectively on their behalf. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, communicate case progress, and provide sound legal advice across practice areas such as estate planning, environmental law, family law, employment law, securities law, tribal law & regulations, patent law, personal injury law, workers' compensation law, landlord-tenant law, immigration law, and general & commercial litigation. Prepare for trial by organizing evidence, developing legal strategies, and coordinating with expert witnesses when necessary. Maintain meticulous case management records while adhering to procedural laws and court deadlines. Stay informed about evolving legal standards through statutory research and continuous professional development. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. Proven experience in litigation with a strong background in employment disputes, contract drafting, legal motion preparation, and trial procedures. Extensive knowledge of procedural law and experience with court depositions. Proficiency in legal research platforms such as LexisNexis and Westlaw. Demonstrated ability to handle complex cases. Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents and advocacy materials. Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. Familiarity with legal case management systems and administrative processes within a busy law office environment. Pay:
$120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
