Full Job Description Benefits:
401(k) Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Profit sharing Vision insurance Job description We are seeking an associate attorney with experience in estate planning, probate administration, and trust administration. Corresponding experience in limited liability companies, corporations, partnerships, real estate, and transactional matters will be advantageous. An ideal candidate will be someone with 3+ years of experience and is able work in a fast pace busy environment.
Responsibilities:
draft estate planning documents, including but not limited to Wills, Revocable Living Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts, trust administration documents, and probate proceeding documents; meet with clients regarding same and effectively communicate to clients; and supervise staff, work with others, and perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
Qualifications:
LLM in taxation preferred; Certified Specialist in taxation or trust/probate law preferred; strong analytical and problem solving skills; confidence to meet and work with clients and effectively communicate solutions to same; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with others; and salary and benefits commensurate with experience
