Location:
Torrance, California. This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll collaborate closely with attorneys, staff, and clients in a supportive office environment.

Candidates must be licensed to practice law in California and have at least 5 years of attorney experience. Litigation experience is strongly preferred but not required. Job Description Manage a diverse litigation caseload from inception through resolution. Advise clients on litigation strategy, legal risks, and case developments. Conduct legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, briefs, petitions, and other legal documents. Handle written discovery, depositions, subpoenas, and evidence collection. Appear in court for hearings, settlement conferences, and other proceedings. Work closely with clients to develop effective legal strategies and achieve favorable outcomes. Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver outstanding client service. Participate in trial preparation and bench trials as experience permits. Maintain organized case files while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced practice. Qualifications Active California Bar license in good standing. 5+ years of attorney experience required. Litigation experience preferred. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to independently manage cases while working collaboratively. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Client-focused mindset and professional demeanor.
