In this vital role, you will provide expert guidance on immigration law matters, assist clients with complex legal processes, and ensure compliance with federal regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your legal skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence and client advocacy. Responsibilities Advise clients on immigration law issues, including visa applications and green cards. Prepare and review legal documents such as petitions, applications, affidavits, and supporting evidence Conduct thorough legal research using tools like LexisNexis and Westlaw to stay current on immigration laws and policies Represent clients in hearings, interviews, and court proceedings related to immigration status Collaborate with government agencies and other legal professionals to facilitate case progress Develop strategic plans for case management, including gathering necessary documentation and coordinating with clients Maintain accurate case files and ensure all legal administrative processes are completed efficiently Requirements Must be fluent in Mandarin, with strong spoken and written communication skills. Admission to a state bar or other relevant licensing authority is required. Proven experience with nonimmigrant visa applications, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, I-539, E-2, and related case types. Proven experience with immigrant visa and permanent residence matters, including
EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-1C, EB-2
NIW, PERM, and family-based immigration cases. Excellent legal writing skills, including the ability to draft detailed legal documents, petition letters, legal arguments, and client correspondence. Strong client communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues clearly and professionally. Legal administrative experience, including managing case files, tracking deadlines, and maintaining accurate records. Exceptional legal research skills, with the ability to interpret complex statutes, regulations, policies, and agency guidance accurately. This role requires a dedicated professional committed to delivering exceptional legal service while maintaining the highest standards of integrity.
