What You'll Do:

In this role, you will be at the center of our litigation practice, working closely with attorneys to move cases forward efficiently and strategically.

Your contributions will include:

Partnering with attorneys to develop legal arguments, motions, and key case filings Conducting in-depth research and analyzing case materials to support litigation strategy Drafting and managing discovery, including Requests for Production, Interrogatories, and Requests for Admissions Preparing trial and arbitration binders, organizing exhibits, and supporting deposition preparation Reviewing and managing document productions, including redaction and Bates stamping Drafting preservation of evidence and document request letters Coordinating medical record collection, processing HIPAA authorizations, and summarizing records for case use Supporting overall case management and contributing to a high-performing legal team Why Join Kaufman Dolowich You will be part of a collaborative, high-energy legal support team that values initiative, precision, and professional growth.

Base Salary Range:

$75,000 - $105,000 Please note that the stated salary range is an estimate and does not guarantee a specific offer. Actual compensation will be determined based on market location, as well as the candidate's experience, skills, and job-related qualifications. Base salary represents just one component of the comprehensive Total Rewards package offered by Kaufman Dolowich, which also includes a discretionary and billable hours-based bonus program and a robust benefits offering for full-time employees.
