Professional Liability Attorney - Los Angeles

The Los Angeles and Torrance offices of Kaufman Dolowich LLP, a nationally recognized law firm named by U.S. News as one of the "Best Companies to Work For - Law Firms," are seeking an experienced Professional Liability Attorney with a minimum of four years of experience in business litigation. Key Responsibilities:

Managing a full litigation caseload from inception through resolution Communicating directly with clients and providing regular case updates Taking and defending depositions Participating in motion practice and trials Handling a diverse range of professional liability matters, including claims involving attorneys, accountants, insurance professionals, and real estate agents Why KD? Qualifications:

JD degree with excellent academic credentials Admittance to practice in California 4+ years of experience in business litigation Experience in legal malpractice, accounting malpractice, and/or other professional liability matters is highly preferred Excellent written and oral communication skills

Base Salary Range:

$150,000 - $200,000 Please note that the stated salary range is an estimate and does not guarantee a specific offer. Actual compensation will be determined based on market location, as well as the candidate's experience, skills, and job-related qualifications.
