Job Description

I am working with a mid-sized boutique law firm that is looking to add a motivated Mid-to-Senior Level Associate Attorney to their team. This is a civil litigation position that focuses on insurance, personal injury, construction defect and employment law. Reach out today if you're interested in learning more about this role!
Background:
5-10 years of experience in civil litigation. Personal injury or construction defect defense is a plus. Represent clients in court, arbitration, and before government agencies Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests, and other legal documents Negotiate settlements to resolve legal disputes effectively Ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships
