What you will do:
Manage a robust caseload of personal injury matters from initial litigation through trial Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda with precision and strategic insight Conduct and defend depositions Prepare and respond to written discovery requests Lead motions practice and participate in jury trials Supervise a dedicated fulltime paralegal or case manager, collaborating closely on case strategy and daily progress What you need: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Personal Injury Litigation (auto accident litigation strongly preferred) Juris Doctor and active Colorado Bar License Proficiency in drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, managing discovery, handling motions, and taking cases through trial Strong advocacy skills, client focused focused mindset, and the ability to work effectively within a fast paced, team oriented environment.
