Established and growing estate planning law firm Meaningful work helping families protect what matters most Collaborative, supportive team environment No contested litigation Strong work-life balance Direct mentorship from experienced colleagues Opportunity for career advancement What You'll Do Guide clients through trust administration and probate matters Counsel fiduciaries regarding their legal duties and responsibilities Prepare probate pleadings, petitions, and court filings Counsel and advise clients on estate planning strategies, wealth preservation, and asset protection Draft and review wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents Meet with prospective clients and recommend planning solutions tailored to their goals Develop comprehensive estate plans that help families avoid conflict and achieve peace of mind What We're Looking For J.D. from an accredited law school Active Colorado bar license in good standing 2-4 years of experience in: Probate Administration Trust Administration Estate Planning Elder Law Strong drafting, analytical, and client communication skills Ability to manage cases independently and proactively Empathetic, organized, and caring Ideal Candidate Traits Relationship-driven attorney who enjoys working directly with clients Comfortable guiding families through emotional and complex situations Detail-oriented and highly organized Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented law firm Team player with a positive attitude and strong professional judgment About Dolan & Associates, P.C.
