Job Description:
A Real Estate company is looking to identify a Contract Attorney! Remote! Responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide range of contractl agreements to support the organization's business objectives while minimizing legal and regulatory risk. Draft, review, negotiate, and revise a variety of contractual agreements, including: Procurement and purchasing contracts Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop practical contract solutions that meet business objectives. Support contract lifecycle management processes, including contract intake, approval workflows, execution, and recordkeeping. Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, standard clauses, and negotiation guidelines. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and industry standards Assist in dispute resolution and interpretation of contractual obligations.
