• they are how we staff cases. What You'll Do You step into demanding domestic relations matters where clear judgment, quick pivots, and confident courtroom presence change outcomes. Criminal defense experience is a significant plus. You drive cases from initial evaluation through resolution alongside an experienced paralegal who owns filings, deadlines, discovery, and case preparation
• so your hours go to strategy and advocacy, not administration. Full-time, exempt. 30 billable hours per week. Represent clients in domestic relations proceedings from evaluation through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence that hold up under pressure Build case strategy backed by real research
• then try it Appear at hearings, conferences, mediations, and depositions Run negotiations and settlement discussions; prepare cases for trial Work shoulder-to-shoulder with attorneys, paralegals, and staff

JD from an accredited law school and an active Colorado license in good standing 2+ years practicing with extensive domestic relations experience; criminal defense is a major plus Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
