- they are how we staff cases. What You'll Do You step into demanding domestic relations matters where clear judgment, quick pivots, and confident courtroom presence change outcomes. Criminal defense experience is a significant plus. You drive cases from initial evaluation through resolution alongside an experienced paralegal who owns filings, deadlines, discovery, and case preparation
- so your hours go to strategy and advocacy, not administration. Full-time, exempt. 30 billable hours per week. Represent clients in domestic relations proceedings from evaluation through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence that hold up under pressure Build case strategy backed by real research
- then try it Appear at hearings, conferences, mediations, and depositions Run negotiations and settlement discussions; prepare cases for trial Work shoulder-to-shoulder with attorneys, paralegals, and staff

- and the client instincts to match Comfortable in a courtroom and steady when a case pivots Organized enough to run multiple matters and every deadline attached to them Westlaw, Filevine, and Microsoft Office preferred Valid driver's license and reliable travel to courts and client meetings Where Colorado Springs Remote within Colorado, hybrid, or on-site
