Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Criminal Defense Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate is confident in the courtroom, capable of managing a caseload independently, and committed to providing high-quality representation in misdemeanor and felony matters. This is a fast-paced position which includes working with clients from various backgrounds including clients with immigration cases. If you are a public defender, former public defender, or ADC contractor who wants a different enviornment to practice criminal defense, we would encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in county and district court criminal proceedings. Handle cases from initial appearance through disposition or trial. Conduct bond hearings, motions practice, evidentiary hearings, and trials. Negotiate resolutions with prosecutors. Maintain regular client communication and case strategy development.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of criminal defense experience. Licensed and in good standing in Colorado. Strong courtroom presence and litigation skills Ability to manage deadlines and maintain organized case files Excellent written and oral advocacy skills Sound judgment and professional integrity
