WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
Most firms talk about culture. We built one. At New Leaf Family | AndersonDodson PC, you'll carry real responsibility — an independent estate planning and probate caseload — while being supported by a team that genuinely has your back. We serve Western Colorado families through some of the most important moments of their lives, and we take that mission seriously. If you're a skilled estate attorney ready to grow, be recognized, and actually enjoy where you work — keep reading.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Plan for families' futures. Draft wills, trusts, POAs, and advance directives. Counsel clients on asset protection and tax-efficient wealth transfer. Guide through the hard moments. Administer probate and trusts under C.R.S. Title 15 — from first filing to final closing. Fight for your clients. Represent them in contested probate, will disputes, and trust litigation. Be the attorney clients remember. Clear communication, accurate files, and deadlines that never slip.
WHO YOU ARE
Licensed and experienced. J.D. from an ABA-accredited school, active Colorado bar, and 2+ years in estate planning or probate. Colorado-fluent. You know the Colorado Probate Code and Uniform Trust Code — and you know how to apply them. A strong drafter and self-starter. You manage your own caseload and take pride in the work.
Bonus points:
Western Slope roots, federal estate/gift tax chops, or bilingual English/Spanish.
