SENIOR PARALEGAL - PERSONAL INJURY
Job Description & Candidate Profile | Plaintiff-Side We are seeking an experienced Senior Personal Injury Paralegal to manage high-volume, complex case files from initial intake through settlement or trial preparation. The ideal candidate brings extensive knowledge of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation, medical record analysis, and insurance negotiation workflows.
Key Responsibilities Case Management:
Oversee a caseload of 40-60 active personal injury files (motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury).
Medical Records & Billing:
Subpoena, organize, and summarize medical records; draft detailed medical chronologies and specials breakdowns.
Demand Packages:
Draft comprehensive, high-value settlement demand packages for insurance adjusters.
Litigation Support:
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and trial exhibits; coordinate depositions, expert witness schedules, and court filings.
Client & Lien Negotiations:
Serve as primary client contact, provide status updates, and negotiate ERISA, Medicare, Medicaid, and provider liens prior to settlement disbursement.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
5+ years of dedicated personal injury paralegal experience (plaintiff side preferred).
Education:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, or Paralegal Certificate (NALA/NFPA certification is a plus).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in legal case management software (e.g., Filevine, Clio, MyCase, or Needles) and court e-filing systems.
Key Competencies:
Advanced understanding of medical terminology, tort law, insurance coverage limits (UM/UIM), and lien resolution strategies
Benefits Salary Range:
$75,000 - $95,000/year (commensurate with experience) + performance bonuses.
Benefits Package:

Pay:
$65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
