Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our legal team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse range of legal areas, including estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, family law, securities law, and more. The ideal candidate is proactive, possesses excellent writing and negotiation skills, and is eager to grow within a collaborative environment. Duties Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case preparation and legal analysis. Draft and review legal documents including contracts, pleadings, motions, and correspondence with precision and clarity. Assist in managing cases across various practice areas. Support attorneys in litigation processes by preparing case files, organizing evidence, and coordinating discovery efforts. Engage in client consultations to gather information, explain legal options, and negotiate settlements when appropriate. Maintain organized case management records within the law office's administrative systems to ensure compliance with deadlines. Participate in legal strategy meetings and contribute insights based on research findings to support case development.
