Associate Attorney

("HWM") is a multi-state law firm providing superior service for the states of Alabama, Alaska, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Puerto Rico, South Dakota, United State Virgin Islands, Utah, Wisconsin, Wyoming . HWM is a leading provider of legal services to the mortgage banking industry and exclusively handles foreclosures, bankruptcy, replevin, evictions, collections and REO closings. The attorney candidate should be able to: Represent lenders in regard to real property foreclosure, eviction, bankruptcy and general property laws. Review changes to statutes and case law. Attend court hearings and trials. Provide legal guidance and support. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 3 years litigation experience.
