Job Description:
A great opportunity for an attorney looking for remote part time work! Conduct legal research and analyze applicable laws and regulations. Identify legal and business risks within contractual terms. Advise stakeholders on contract interpretation and compliance requirements. Support contract lifecycle management processes. Assist with dispute resolution and contract-related litigation matters. Review company policies and procedures for legal compliance. Collaborate with internal business teams, procurement, finance, and external counsel. Maintain accurate legal documentation and contract records. Stay current on changes in laws and industry regulations affecting contracts. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction. 3+ years of relevant legal experience insurance defense/construction defect (requirements may vary). Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial transactions. Experience reviewing and negotiating complex legal agreements.
