8:00 AM•3:00 PM Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Elder Law / Estate Planning Attorney to support a busy practice in Lakewood, Colorado. The ideal candidate has a strong background in estate planning, probate matters, and litigation related to elder law, with the ability to work independently in an in-office environment. Key Responsibilities Draft and review estate planning documents, including: Wills Trusts Advance Directives Related estate planning instruments Handle matters involving: Probate estates Conservatorships and guardianships Support or manage probate litigation and elder law-related legal issues Work collaboratively with firm staff while independently managing assigned caseload Required Experience & Qualifications Licensed attorney in good standing (Colorado preferred) Proven experience in elder law, estate planning, and probate litigation Hands-on experience drafting estate planning documents Experience with Probate Estates Experience handling Conservatorship and Guardianship matters Wealth Counsel experience strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work fully in-office during scheduled hours Additional Notes No remote or hybrid option-this role is 100% in-office Ideal for an attorney seeking consistent hours in a structured schedule Pay Rate $40•70+ per hour , commensurate with experience All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
