This role requires a dedicated, detail-oriented individual with extensive experience in civil litigation and a proven ability to handle complex legal matters. Responsibilities:
Manage all stages of civil litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, filing motions, and preparing for trial and appeals. Develop and execute litigation strategies aimed at achieving favorable outcomes for clients. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution processes. Draft, review, and revise legal documents such as briefs, memoranda, and contracts. Offer comprehensive legal counsel to clients on complex civil matters, ensuring their needs are met efficiently. Supervise and guide entry-level associates, paralegals, and legal assistants to enhance team performance. Stay informed about developments in civil procedure, relevant laws, and industry trends. Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel. Support business development efforts by fostering client relationships and identifying new opportunities.

S D Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a recognized and accredited law school. Active bar membership in good standing within the relevant jurisdiction. At least 5 years of experience handling civil litigation cases in state and/or federal courts. Expertise in trial advocacy, legal analysis, and problem-solving. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation abilities. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively. Proficiency in drafting motions, briefing, and conducting discovery processes.
