Requirements Responsibilities:

Independently handle a busy personal injury caseload from inception to settlement or verdict. Engage in all aspects of litigation, including pleading preparation, discovery, motion practice, and trials. Long-term commitment with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Experience:

3+ years of personal injury or relevant litigation experience. Demonstrated proficiency in discovery, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy. Jury trial experience is a strong plus.

Plan Eligibility:

After 12 months with us, you're eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan, with generous matching contributions.

Compensation:

Salary Range:

$125,000 - $175,000 depending on experience.

Additional Compensation:

You will be eligible for performance-based bonuses and salary raises with no ceiling, with no billable hours required. Additionally, you will receive one-third of the total fee collected on any cases you refer directly to the firm in the future.
