Job Description
Job Summary Associate Attorney We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our elder law firm. The ideal candidate is positive, resilient, and confident, with a strong understanding that the legal profession is a service-oriented business. This individual will be committed to providing exceptional client service while working collaboratively with colleagues. Salary
- $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience Benefits

- Must be licensed to practice law in Connecticut
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively
- Positive, resilient, and solution-oriented approach to challenges
- Commitment to keeping clients and team members informed throughout the legal process
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide timely updates to clients
- Ability to conduct legal research and analyze client matters Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of law office operations, systems, and procedures
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and client service Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Connecticut
- Knowledge of Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning law preferred
