KKC Law is seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney with 2-5 years' experience for an Associate position, with an excellent opportunity for growth. The optimal candidate should have a strong academic background and an excellent work ethic, solid people skills, and experience in the following areas:  Preparation of pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements with precision and clarity.  Preparation of pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements with precision and clarity.  Management of all phases of litigation from initial client consultation through resolution. Trial experience preferred.  Representation of clients in negotiations, mediations, depositions, and court proceedings with professionalism and confidence.  Legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and AI.
