Compensation:

$110,000-$120,000 based on experience Paid time off Benefits Growth potential

Responsibilities:

Analyze title, survey, loan, and other transaction documents Advise clients on residential and commercial real estate transactions Draft and negotiate deeds, contracts, leases, and legal agreements Represent clients through residential and commercial settlements Counsel borrowers and lenders on financing and loan documentation Oversee escrow/IOLTA matters and ensure legal and regulatory compliance

Qualifications:
