Job Description

Our firm is growing, and we're looking for an empathic, experienced personal injury attorney to help our clients find justice and compensation for their injuries. You'll handle the case file from start to finish with support from our team of highly skilled legal professionals. You should have excellent credentials, a minimum of 1 years of successful personal injury and an authentic passion for helping people. If this sounds like you, apply today!
Compensation:
$70,000 - $130,000 (including salary and performance bonuses)
Responsibilities:
Handle personal injury case files from start to finish Record and update the status of all case files in the case management system Evaluate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, supporting witnesses, and medical providers to gather information
Qualifications:
State license to practice law and State Bar Association membership is mandatory Proficiency in computers is vital Superior research, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills are highly valued A good understanding of personal injury law/ tort law, medical terminology, wrongful death, civil and family law, and medical malpractice is desired A JD degree and Florida bar, with no disciplinary or malpractice history Three to five years of legal experience A genuine interest in the personal injury field A Self-starter driven by long-term career goals Superior oral and written advocacy skills
