Job Description Handle a variety of litigation matters from inception through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, discovery, and other legal documents. Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and court proceedings. Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies. Communicate directly with clients and provide trusted legal counsel. Manage an independent caseload while collaborating with team members as needed. Contribute to business development and maintain strong client relationships. Utilize legal research platforms and case management tools effectively. Qualifications Active Florida Bar license. 1+ years of litigation experience. Strong legal research and persuasive writing skills. Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery. Comfortable appearing in court and interacting with clients. Ability to manage multiple matters with strong attention to detail. Experience with business, real estate, commercial, or civil litigation is a plus.
