Supervisory skills are beneficial. This is a career position with a salary range of $70,000 to $100,000. A law school transcript of grades is also required. Competitive health care benefits, PTO, 401K. Fulltime in busy Cape Coral Ft Myers office.

Supervise paralegals Appear at hearings before Administrative Law Judges Keep track of diary system and Statute of Limitations Good writing and research skills preparing Federal Court Appeals (writing samples required) Familiarity with

(a) and 406(b) fees Skills cross examining vocational and medical experts Pre-hearing memos and preps with clients Post-hearing briefs for presentation to Administrative Law Judges Good standing with the Bar. Presentations at staff meetings once a week. Frequent contact with clients and presentment of status reports to clients. Appeals Council briefs. Pl experience helpful."
