Law Offices of Andrew G. Rosenberg, P.A. Coral Springs, FL Job Details Full-time $80,000 - $110,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits 401(k) Paid time off Qualifications Teamwork Law Interpersonal skills English Doctor of Law (JD) Bar Estate planning Full Job Description About Rosenberg Law Firm For over 30 years, Rosenberg Law Firm has been a cornerstone of estate planning and elder law services across Coral Springs and the whole of South Florida. Led by Attorney Andrew G. Rosenberg — author, educator, and passionate advocate — our firm is built on a simple but powerful belief: every family deserves peace of mind about their future. We treat our clients like family. We take the time to understand their stories, their worries, and their goals. We offer free workshops, host a podcast, and engage our community every single day. If you're a lawyer who genuinely loves helping people — and who wants to be part of something bigger than a billable hour — we want to meet you. The Opportunity We are growing and we need a talented, client-focused Estate Planning Attorney to grow with us. This is not a "show up, do the work, go home" kind of role. This is your chance to build meaningful relationships, develop your own book of business, and become a trusted voice in your community. You'll work directly alongside Attorney Rosenberg, gaining mentorship from one of South Florida's most respected estate planning minds. You'll have access to an established client base, a modern online presence, community workshops, and a warm, collaborative team environment. What You'll Do Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related estate planning documents. Guide clients through Medicaid planning, long-term care planning, and elder law matters with clarity and compassion. Advise on asset protection strategies, probate administration, and trust administration. Conduct client consultations and help families understand complex legal concepts in plain language. Participate in community workshops and educational events that set Rosenberg Law Firm apart. Build and nurture long-term client relationships — because repeat and referred clients are the backbone of what we do. Collaborate with a close-knit team to deliver exceptional service and stay current on Florida estate and elder law. Who We're Looking For We're not just hiring a lawyer — we're looking for a person. Someone who genuinely cares about people, who wants to do meaningful work, and who is ready to invest in a long-term career with a firm that will invest right back. Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar. Demonstrated experience or strong interest in estate planning, elder law, or trusts & estates. Exceptional communication skills — ability to explain complex legal concepts to an 80-year-old and a 35-year-old with equal ease. Warm, empathetic approach with a genuine desire to serve clients and their families. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of practice in estate planning, probate, or elder law. Familiarity with Florida Medicaid rules, special needs planning, and long-term care strategies. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a significant plus — we serve a wonderfully diverse South Florida community. Comfort with digital tools, online client portals, and modern law practice management platforms. Why Join Rosenberg Law Firm? A firm with soul. We genuinely believe in our mission and our community. You won't feel like a cog in a machine here. Mentorship from the best. Work side-by-side with Andrew G. Rosenberg, a Lawyers of Distinction honoree with 30+ years of wisdom to share. Built-in visibility. Our workshops, podcast, and strong digital presence mean you'll have a platform to grow your reputation fast. A real career path. We're not hiring for a one-year stint. We want to build something lasting together. Competitive compensation. Salary commensurate with experience, with performance-based growth opportunities. South Florida sunshine. Our Coral Springs office is centrally located with easy access across Broward County. Not a bad place to spend your career.Pay:
