Job Description

We are a growing criminal defense, family law, and personal injury firm seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Legal Intake Specialist. This role is critical in evaluating new case opportunities, gathering relevant information, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The ideal candidate is professional, empathetic, and highly organized, with the ability to manage a high volume of inquiries while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. This is an entry-level position with possible room for growth as our firm continues to expand. Full-time hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. through 2:00 p.m. Experience in family law, criminal defense, or personal injury preferred but not required. Must have familiarity with technology, including Microsoft Office products.
