Join Our Team Popkin & Rosaler, P.A. is a well-established Florida law firm representing clients in real estate, foreclosure, and creditor rights matters. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Florida attorney to handle foreclosure and real estate-related litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have strong courtroom experience and the ability to independently manage a busy caseload from initial referral through final resolution. Primary Responsibilities Handle residential and commercial foreclosure matters on behalf of lenders and loan servicers Attend hearings, mediations, case management conferences, and other court appearances throughout Florida Prepare and review motions, pleadings, affidavits, settlement agreements, and related legal documents Conduct legal research and provide practical recommendations regarding case strategy and risk assessment Monitor case progression to ensure compliance with court rules, statutory requirements, and client guidelines Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Negotiate settlements and alternative resolutions when appropriate Qualifications Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school Active membership in good standing with The Florida Bar Preferred 1 to 3 years of experience in foreclosure, real estate litigation, or creditor rights preferred Demonstrated courtroom and litigation experience Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize and manage a high-volume workload while maintaining attention to detail Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401(k) plan with employer matching contribution Paid time off and paid holidays Continuing Legal Education (CLE) reimbursement Florida Bar dues reimbursed by the firm Work Environment This position is based in our Deerfield Beach, Florida office and requires regular on-site attendance.
