We're looking for an experienced Immigration Attorney who is passionate about advocating for immigrants and wants to practice law—not spend all day buried in administrative work. You'll have the support of experienced paralegals, a steady pipeline of clients, and the opportunity to focus on what you do best: counseling clients, developing legal strategy, and representing them in court. What You'll Do Handle a caseload focused on family-based immigration and removal defense Conduct consultations and develop case strategies for prospective and existing clients Represent clients before Immigration Court, including Master Calendar and Individual Hearings Handle asylum, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status, waivers (I-601/I-601A), and consular processing matters Prepare legal briefs, motions, and supporting evidence Attend USCIS interviews and other immigration proceedings Collaborate with experienced paralegals who prepare filings and keep cases moving efficiently What We're Looking For Active license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction 5+ years of immigration law experience Strong Immigration Court experience Experience handling family-based immigration matters Comfortable conducting client consultations Excellent courtroom, writing, and communication skills Spanish bilingual preferred, but not required Why Attorneys Join Erika Salter Law ✔ Starting competitive salary based on experience ✔ Performance bonus opportunities ✔ Dedicated paralegal support ✔ Collaborative, team-oriented culture ✔ Health, dental, and vision insurance ✔ Paid time off and paid holidays ✔ CLE and professional development You'll Thrive Here If You...
